your 4 digit security code. Press 8 for user options and the Press
7 to change the 4 digit security code.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
A: For security reasons, you will have to contact us by

Q: When I call my number, all I hear is my voicemail number in
a different voice.
A: Your greeting may not be recorded properly or may have gotten
deleted.
When you call in to your voicemail, press the * during the numbers.

Please Note! Do not hang up after recording your greeting, just

Q: How do I get Date, Time and Caller ID info of my messages?
A: Call your Voicemail number. When you hear your greeting interrupt
it by
pressing the star key (*) on your phone. The system will prompt you
to enter
your 4 digit security code. Press 7 to play the message and during
the message Press 1 to get the date and time stamp.
Q: What is Toll Saver?
A: This is a very unique feature created to save toll charge. If you call your voicemail number
and hear
a ring, it indicates that there is no new message. Just hang up within
2 rings and there will be no toll charge for that
call.
Q: When is my next payment due and what are my payment options?
A: a) All payments are due at the time of sign-up and every 3 months
thereafter. A reminder message
will be sent to your voicemail and to your email. We Accept payment by
Credit card/ Paypal.
We also accept payment by Check or Money Order. Please send payment
